Learn and practise the days of the week with:

Monday 24th January:
A teacher from Bishop Challoner Catholic College visited the school and taught a group of Year 5 children how to use and fly a drone.

​Congratulations to Mem, Year 6, & Tezzy, Year 5, whose football team won the South Birmingham District’s finals in December.

Friday 26th November:
Year 5 sharing with Year 3 their poems based on Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky and their non-fiction texts inspired by the fearsome creature.

Wednesday 20th October:
This morning, Year 5 read their story to Year 1.

Tuesday 19th October:
Year 5 made houses based on Esther Mahlangu African Art.

Wednesday 22nd September:
In science, Year 5 investigated friction.

Friday 17th September:
In science, Year 5
measured forces using a newton meter.​

Thursday 9th September:
In PE today, Year 5 were looking at the importance of being a team player. They explored the skills of possession and interception and the importance of applying these when playing invasion games.
