Year 4 at Home

During the school closure, our Year 4 children are keeping the good work at home!
Early March:
Jaydam
wrote a fantastic story at home.

Thursday 4th March:
During World Book Day, Year 4 in school watched Draw with Rob (Biddolph) to create their own parachuting bookmark. They also created real and imaginary book characters out of potatoes!

Thursday 28th January:
Ammarah's
new animation using Stratch which includes a repeated loop algorithm.
That's so great Ammarah! Well done for using a repeating loop."
Mrs Steele
Thursday 28th January:

Jaydam's coded instructions to get from the start to the finish.
Great Instructions Jaydam, well done!"
Mrs Steele

Wednesday 27th January:
Children in school

Children in school are working hard too! Look at them doing a science investigation on how sound is made:

Thursday 21st January:
Haris is working on his computing skills. Look at this video he made of his animation:

Ammarah writes: "Miss, this is the scratch computing work, it was really fun!!! :D
This is awesome Harris - well done!"
Ms Steele

Well done Ammarah - that's a great animation"

Friday 15th January:
Umar drew the water cycle.

Thursday 14th January:
Ms Steele asked the children to do some experiment. The premise for the investigation was to see whether washing dried quicker when it was flat, folded or crumpled. Ammarah took some photos and wrote a report and Ksenija put her result neatly in a table.
