​The Season of Creation

The Season of Creation is an annual celebration uniting Christians in prayer and action for the protection of our common home.
The Pope has asked us to participate in this season.
The season started on 1st  September, the Day of Prayer for Creation, and ends 4th October, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of ecology beloved by many Christian denominations. It is a month long celebration where we are asked to think about coming together to care for our common home - The Earth.

In Year 3, to celebrate The Season of Creation, children have written their own poem on a rainbow:
