Anawim - women's only drop-in for support with finances, domestic abuse, food, clothing (women's, men's & children's) & menstrual products. Open 10-2pm, Mon-Fri. No appointment necessary. Find them at 228 Mary St, Balsall Heath, B12 9RJ.
Springfield Pantry - newly opened on Park Road in Springfield. A weekly subscription of £4 allows families to purchase fresh fruit & veg and other essentials to the value of £15. Find more info here. 54 Park Road, Sparkhill, B11 4HB (open Tues & Thurs 9-11am).
EU Settlement Scheme - all EU, EEA and Swiss citizens (including children) in the UK who do not have settlement status must apply before 30th June. Please see our Instagram for more info.
Community Stay and Play Network - set up by Early Years Alliance to support un-registered stay and play groups and anyone wishing to set up groups in communities across the city. They offer a partnership approach to enhance the service you provide/hope to provide for families. Thrive into Work Employment Support - a new employment service is being launched in the West Midlands in July 2021. This event on 21st June will help you understand what employment support resources are available and how to access them. It is for individuals who want to find employment support for themselves, or organisations who support individuals to find employment.
(the return of) Cuppa and a Chat - enjoy small group conversation, nature and a friendly cuppa. Held weekly in Moseley Park and Pool (95 Alcester Rd, B13 8DD) on Mondays 1-3pm (excluding bank holidays). Please book by emailing: rhiannon@moseleyexchange.com or call 07926 999 442.
