Breakfast club
If your child is booked into Breakfast Club please bring him or her to the school office at 8am.

Morning drop off
Every morning from 2nd September, please walk or park away from school and walk and drop your child off between 8.30 and 8.55am.
If your child is in

- Year 1 or Year 2 please hand over to the member of staff at the KS1 double gate on Forest Road or,
- Years 3 to Year 6, at the Key Stage 2 gate.
Please bring your child to the school gates on Oakland Road anytime between 8.30 am and am.
The double gates to Key Stage 1 playground and the gate to the key stage 2 playground will be open and a member of staff will be there. If you drive, please park away from Oakland Road and Forest Road and walk. The All Services car park on Church Road is available. It is important not to park on the pavements on Oakland Road and Forest Road as this will make social distancing difficult. Please wear a facemask when handing over your child in order to reduce the risk of transmission especially to grandparents who often bring children to school. A member of staff will be on the gates to welcome your child. The first thing we will do is sanitise hands so please ensure everything is in a bag and your child's hands are free. Once you have handed your child over, please move away to reduce congestion. If you wish to pass any messages on, please email rather than tell the members of staff on the gate.
Your child will be welcomed and go from the gate straight to the classroom where they will wash their hands and get ready for the school day. Members of staff will be in the playground to ensure everyone goes into school safely.
Afternoon collecting
Your children will be ready to collect at 3pm or 3.15pm at a gate depending on your child's class or whether you have 2 or more children at our school (check your emails for individual information and/or see detail below). Please arrive in plenty of time, park away from school if driving, keep socially distanced, wear a face mask and, as soon as your children are collected, move away from the gates.
For parents  with only one child at the school, your child will be handed over to you at 3.15pm at
- Gate 1 Oakland Road (for year 5 children)
- Gate 2 Oakland Road (Year 6)
- Gate 3 Oakland Road (Year 2)
- Gate 5 Forest Road (Year 1)
- Gate 6 Forest Road (Year 4)
- Gate 7 Forest Road (Year 3).
The gate will be labelled with a large number.
For parents with 2 or more children at school, your child will be handed over to you at 3pm at one of these 3 gates:
-
Oakland Road gate;
- Forest Road/Oakland Road corner gate;
- Forest Road KS2 gate.
Check your email to know which one has been allocated to your family.
During the School Day
There will be no assemblies or mass in the first few weeks nor will there be after school sports clubs.
Playtimes and lunchtimes will be staggered.

After school club
If your child is booked into after school club, please collect from the school office at 4.30pm or 5.30pm.
