I made cupcakes for my family and neighbours. And dropped them off yesterday. Cupcake mixture is from the shop and makes 10. I made 10 chocolate and 10 plain cupcakes.
The cupcakes were amazing and so fluffy and light. Everyone enjoyed them. 😋
Ingredients for 1 box of cupcakes:
1 egg
4 tbsp water (60ml)
2 tsp vegetable oil (10ml)
6 tsp of soft butter for the buttercream icing (30g)
Method:
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4
Put the cupcake cases in a cupcake tray
Empty the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the egg, water and oil. Using a whisk, mix to make the a runny liquid.
Using a teaspoon divide the mixture evenly between 10 cases.
Bake for 12 minutes and allow to cool.
Decorating:
To make the buttercream use a small bowl and add the icing and butter. Using a fork slowly mix to make a smooth buttercream.
Spread a little buttercream on each cake and decorate how you want. ☺️

Grated cheese

Picture
ingredients:
6oz butter or margarine
6oz caster sugar
4 eggs
6oz self raising flour
coffee granules -tea spoon
method:
you start by heating the over to 160 (fan oven). soften the butter in a bowl, then add caster sugar. Make sure this is all mixed together. Add one egg at a time and mix together. Once all eggs have been added, slowly add the self raising flour and mix so there’s no lumps. Add your coffee granule to tast. You can add any flavour you like. Lemon is nice too. Put the mixture in a baking tray and cook in the middle of the over for about 40 min. Checks it’s made by making sure the top has risen and it’s nice and brown. Take it out and leave it to cool. When you do this you can make the topping.
Topping: soften butter, caster sugar and coffee. Put this on top of the cake when it’s cool.
Enjoy!!!!!!
