During the Summer term, as a school we were luckily enough to be invited to several Commonwealth Games events where we celebrated the Commonwealth Games being held here in Birmingham in the Summer.
Many thanks to Mr McDermott @ Bishop Challoner, Moseley Rugby Club and Sport Birmingham for hosting such fantastic events and inviting us along.

Bishop challoner commonwealth games roadshow 15/6/22
We took 14 children from Key Stage to experience a Commonwealth Games Roadshow event where the children got to participate in different CWG events and gain knowledge about different Commonwealth Games Sports. Special guest was Mel Clarke who is a Paralympic Silver Medalist in Archery (London 2012).
BRING THE POWER COMMONWEALTH GAMES EVENT 4/7/2022
We took 14 children from Year 3 & 4 to participate in the Bring the Power CWG event organised by Sport Birmingham.
Children took part in various activities throughout the day to celebrate the Commonwealth Games and were joined by special guests;
Ben Cajee (CBBC TV presenter), Galal Yafai (Olympic Gold Medallist Boxer) and Perry the Mascot

MOSELEY RUGBY CLUB COMMONWEALTH GAMES FESTIVAL 5/7/2022
Children from Year 5 participated in a days event of Athletics and Touch Rugby to celebrate the Commonwealth Games coming to Birmingham. As a school we represented Scotland as a Commonwealth Country and participated under their flag.
