Because of the pandemic, there were no newsletters published in Summer 2020, Autumn 2020 nor Spring 2021. All information to parents was sent as direct emails from our then head teacher, Mr J Gray. To read these emails go to:

1. To make things easier and possible to do from your own home, we have put together most of our forms into a single one (see below). We would be very grateful if you could complete this electronic form and submit it.
Before you start completing the form, please have a quick look through it all to check that all the information you will be asked for is available to you. You won't be able to save part of your answers to come back later and finish it.

The information below is about our wrap around care at St Martin de Porres. Although we normally have both Breakfast and after-school clubs running everyday in school, we are still awaiting on some Government guidance to know whether these clubs will be able to run for all children in the new academic year. As soon as we receive guidance, we will inform you. Please accept our apologies on this.

Please find on this page all the documentation, information and forms you need to read and/or complete before your child starts school in September.
Before your child begins school, you will receive an invitation to meet the Reception staff and share key information. These meetings will be scheduled from Wednesday 2nd to Friday 4th September. To help children settle, they will all attend mornings 8.50 until 12.30 (this includes lunch) from Monday 7th September to Friday 18th September and then all children will be in full-time (8.50am - 3.15pm) from Monday 21st September.
We know it is a lot to take on, so please do not hesitate to call us at the office for any query: 0121 464 5500.

Our Homework Policy is due to be revised. Copies of the existing policy have been placed in the carousel in our reception and a copy is also available here. If you would like to make any suggestions/comments, please hand these into the office by the end of term. Thank you.

You're entitled to free school meals?
All supermarkets have exclusions including alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets and fuel - funds must be spent on essential supplies for children free school meal purposes.
- Check your emails: you will receive your digital eVouchercheque with a number and validation code.
- Go to www.vouchershopexchange.co.uk and enter your cheque number and validation code.
- Choose which supermarket eVoucher you would like, complete the form with your email address and submits the order.
- The eVoucher is sent instantly to your email address. You can then spend it in store either by presenting the evoucher on your mobile or as a printed version.

Mrs Sabrina Saleem, of the training and recruitment organisation Hagleys, offered parents of our school an amazing opportunity. Through a 2hr weekly course, here in our school house on Wednesday morning, she helps a group of ladies unlock their potential and secure some employment whilst developing their skills. For more information, you can visit our school website or meet directly with Ms Saleem, who is a multi-language speaker. You can also click on the picture on the left to access Hagleys' website.
